Overview:
Karkitaka Chikitsa (also spelled Karkidaka Chikitsa) is a seasonal Ayurvedic wellness and detoxification program traditionally practiced during the Malayalam month of Karkidakam (July–August), coinciding with the monsoon season in Kerala and surrounding regions.
